LA TAULA RESTAURANT
Mediterranean Flavors
La Taula Restaurant In the kitchen, our chef, Manuel Álvarez Giménez, adds a scoop of mango ice cream to a pyramid of foie gras resting on a plate. Every last detail has been taken care of… At one of the tables, a guest calls the attention of one of his fellow diners by tapping a wine glass with a spoon. “I would like to call a toast”. Everyone readies their glasses, awaiting his words. “To all of those present, may it not be long before we gather around this table together again”.

A magnificent Moorish patio faces the La Taula Restaurant. Within it, modern and renaissance elements coexist in harmony in attempt to capture, with small finishing touches, the essence of different eras.
The unique fountain installed in the patio gives it a technological touch. The cypress trees and other Mediterranean bushes set the fountain area apart, which is surrounded by flowering plants.
